look at various areas for renting property. If you are an individual, like a
doctor or dentist and need space for a clinic a quiet business area is ideal,
rather than a noisy shopping center.
If you are in business of servicing like
courier, take away, etc try for locations where you will find more clientele.
Here a quiet area will close down business.
If you have plenty of overseas clients look for
a commercial district, which will have a good impression on your clients.
If you are in partnership with someone making sure, you know how much rent/lease
each of you have to pay.
Sometimes using a business center is cheaper
than a rented office. It is only after working out various pros and cons will
you be able to decide.

go through a reliable broker. If the office is semi-furnished, see what you can
add with minimum fuss. You also have to have in mind if you will have a staff as
well and they will be accommodated.
